HOW WE WORK
PHASE one
Phase one encompasses what most homeowners hate about any remodel project… “demo day.” Chris and the team realize the headache that goes along with a messy home and will work hard for a clean tear out every time. The goal of phase one is to rid the space of all old materials and prepare a blank slate to begin the remodel.
PHASE Two
The focus of phase two is prepping the space for finish work. This includes re-framing, leveling floors, establishing layout, roughing in electric and plumbing, etc. It’s not a glamorous phase but perhaps the most imperative as it establishes the foundation of your finished product.
Phase Three
Phase three is most everyones favorite- and for a good reason! Phase three is where the finish work comes in and the real transformation takes place. Tile, trim, paint, hardware and accessories! Cabinetry, toilets, vanity lights, wall sconces, custom shelving! Phase three brings your vision to life and restores your home to a space you never thought possible.
